Multi-story facades, flashing details, parapet walls, and expansion joints fail differently than residential assemblies, and they fail expensively when mis-repaired. A. Pennacchi & Sons has specialized in commercial building-envelope restoration since the 1980s, working for property managers, HOAs, condominium associations, and institutional owners across NJ, PA, and the NYC metro.

What Commercial Work Do You Handle?

Facade repointing, brick and stone replacement, parapet wall rebuilds, cornice restoration, through-wall flashing, expansion-joint sealing, commercial caulking, and elastomeric and EIFS facade coating systems. We carry equipment for high-rise access and regularly operate swing stage and suspended scaffolding for multi-story work.

Do You Work Off Hours For Occupied Buildings?

Yes. Commercial clients typically require minimal disruption to tenants and customers. We schedule around building occupancy, work weekends and overnight when needed, and coordinate with building engineers on access, egress, and life-safety requirements.

Do You Carry Insurance For Commercial Work?
Yes. Full commercial general liability, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage. Certificates of insurance naming the property ownership and management are issued before mobilization.
Do You Handle HOA And Condo Association Work?
Regularly. We have performed multi-year envelope restoration programs for HOAs across NJ and PA. We attend board meetings, provide written scope documents for owner review, and phase work to minimize special-assessment friction.
Can You Work With Our Building Engineer Or Architect?
Yes. On larger commercial restorations we typically work with the building engineer, the property manager, and often a restoration architect. We provide CAD-compatible scope documents, mortar mock-ups, and ongoing photo documentation.
